Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked through the approved channels provided on the website.
Payments must be completed before the start of a session or program (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows by patient/coachee will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Refund Policy

Digital products, courses, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased. TCM treatments and herbal medications are non-refundable once performed and dispensed.
